Job Description

Our client is a specialist dining cuisine with a reputation for delivering their services with high quality customer care.
We are looking for a friendly bar person for our client.
You will be working in a busy environment serving a wide range of customers, each looking for different things from their visit, which in turn creates a great atmosphere to be in.

The ideal candidate will need to be numerate, personable and motivated.
You must be able to work as part of a busy team and as an individual, and you must have high standards of service and cleanliness.

Barr Staff duties include:

• Serving customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Making recommendations to customers if required.
• Making customers feel welcome and at home.
• Serving snack foods and making relevant recommendations for the snacks which work best with the drinks ordered.
• Taking responsibility for all aspects of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Keeping regular records of cleaning and hygiene checks.
